Project and follow-up of the execution with the accomplishment of the Master Plan of the Base, involving units of: hangars, engine section, lodges, ranch, Deposits, section of missiles, reservoirs, semi buried for 100,000 liters, gymnasium or sports plaza, electrical system, drainage, housing and buildings, residential set of officers and sergeants, area urbanism and drainage network for an area of 550,000 m2.
